- Account information. You register using your Google account or Apple account. When you sign in, we receive basic account details such as your name and email address. Apple lets you hide your email address if you prefer.
- Phone number. If you provide your phone number, we use it to support the App's alert and calling features.
- Trusted contacts. The names and phone numbers of contacts you choose to add so they can send you alerts or receive alerts from you.
- User content. Photos, videos, or messages you share within the App, such as in group chats or your profile.
- Communications. Information you send us when you contact support.
Information collected automatically
- Identifiers. A user ID assigned to your account so the App can function.
- Device and usage information. Basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic information used to keep the App working reliably.
We do not link the data we collect to your identity for advertising or tracking purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and verify your account through Google or Apple sign-in.
- To deliver the core service, which is sending and receiving urgent alerts between you and your trusted contacts.
- To operate features such as group chats, alert preferences, quiet mode, and volume settings.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain the security of the Services, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- To fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number, we may send you text messages related to the Services, such as account, verification, or alert notifications. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive such messages from Contact Me. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- With people you choose. Your name and alerts are shared with the trusted contacts you add, and theirs with you. That sharing is the core purpose of the App.
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, sign-in providers (Google and Apple), SMS delivery, and push notification delivery (for example, Apple Push Notification service). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Contact Me.

5. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction. You can view and update your account information in the App.

- Trusted contacts. You control who can alert you and can remove approved contacts at any time.
- Notifications. You can temporarily disable alerts in the App or manage notification permissions in your device settings.
- SMS. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
